A minor vehicle problem can quickly become a major inconvenience when you are away from home. Big K Towing and Recovery provides roadside assistance throughout Orlando and surrounding areas to help drivers resolve common problems and get back on the road whenever possible.

Jumpstarts

A weak or dead battery can prevent your vehicle from starting at home, at work, or while you are out running errands. We provide jumpstart assistance to help restart vehicles with batteries that still have enough capacity to accept a charge. When the vehicle starts, we may recommend allowing it to run or having the battery and charging system inspected.

Tire Changes

Driving with a flat or severely damaged tire can create additional damage and put your safety at risk. When you have a usable spare tire and the necessary equipment is accessible, our team can remove the damaged tire and install the spare. If a tire change cannot be completed safely, we can help arrange towing to a tire shop or repair facility.

Vehicle Lockouts

Locking your keys inside your vehicle can bring your plans to a stop. We provide vehicle lockout assistance using careful entry methods designed to regain access while minimizing the risk of damage. Availability may depend on the vehicle’s year, make, model, and security system.

Winch Outs

Vehicles can become stuck in mud, grass, sand, shallow ditches, or uneven roadside areas. Our winch out service is intended for vehicles that can be safely accessed and recovered using towing equipment. We evaluate the position of the vehicle and surrounding conditions before beginning the recovery.

Fuel Delivery

Running out of fuel does not always happen near a gas station. We can deliver a limited amount of fuel to your location so you can restart your vehicle and drive to the nearest station. The customer is responsible for the cost of the delivered fuel in addition to the service charge.
